  1. sure it won't be 8, he said it in a talk show.

I think he would take 4 or 5... I think he will lose the team swims (I mean those which he swam with 3 other swimmers)

but I wish him luck :D

  2. 3-4

  3. probably 4 or 5

  4. Without a doubt, he will swim greatly in London 2012. And for sure he will again break the Olympic history book. He is just 2 medals away from beating Larissa Latynina of then USSR, who got the 18 medals in Olympics. Thats another celebration he will lionize in London.

  5. I believe that he will medal in every event he enters....and I would expect many of them to be gold!!! I cannot wait to see some more amazing races from him and all of the other USA swimmers!!!

  6. Time will tell. He currently is planning business ventures as well as experimenting and focusing on newer strokes, such as the 100free and the backstroke. Even Bob said he was going to "throw them[past training] out the window." There is really no way to predict the exact medal count, but many speculate around 5. He definitely will not seek to replicate his Beijing success.

One thing we DO know for sure though: he will not attempt the breaststroke nor open water swimming. And he will retire after 2012, as he has stated that he does not want to compete past the age of 30.

  7. hi

Michael Phelps did such an awesome job.  He makes me proud to be an American.  My uncle and I went to the Olympics back in 2000.  It's an unforgettable experience.  You can get a lot of info and pictures from this site.      http://cmt.cc/9uAy1
