  1. 44/2.2 = 20kg

    30mg x 20kg = 600mg/day

    600mg/8 doses = 75mg/dose

  3. It depends what your 'pound' is. Assuming you mean 500gr >>the patient weighs 22 Kg, so your answer is 660 mg/day  or  220 mg three times daily.

    ps it's Amoxicillin, not Amoxicillian
