Go to drugs.com because I am assuming that the m358 is the imprint on the pill.  Click on pill identifier and agree to the legal c**p and type in the imprint, shape, and color.  It will tell you everything.

Its like taking One and a half of the regular, 5/500 hydrocodone

What you have is a generic pill that is a combination of hydrocodone and acetaminophen.  The dosage is 7.5mg of hydrocodone and 500mg of acetaminophen.  This is comparable to Lortab.  This is NOT Vicodin.  It is the same drugs as Vicodin but Vicodin is a brand name and is not supplied in 7.5/500mg doses.
