  1. there are a million micrograms in a gram

there are a million microlitres in a litre

there are a million micrometre in a metre

there are a million microvolts in a volt

    etc.

there are a million micro molar masses  in a molar mass

so if they Molar mass of 58.44 grams, that 58.44 grams has a million micro molar masses

1 micro molar mass is the mass of 1 micro mole:

if 58.44 grams is the Molar mass of NaCl

then 1 micro mole of NaCl has the mass of 58.44 e-6 grams, that's why you have a million of them in 58.44 grams

1micro molar mass is the mass of 1 micro mole:

if 58.44 grams is the Molar mass of NaCl

then 1 micro mole of NaCl has the mass of 58.44 micrograms,

and that  ratio is used a lot of times ( NaCl has 58.44 ug / umole)
