Devon is quite a large county so you would have to be more specific about the destination...

Assuming that you mean Burford in Oxfordshire (there is no place in the UK called Buford, and that your destination is Exeter in Devon then the mileage is a little over 133 and it would take somewhat over 2 hours to drive it.

Have a look on Google maps and click on Get Directions.  There you can type in your start and finishing points and it will tell you how far the journey is.  The other website I've used a lot is Green Flag route planner.
