  1. good for 400 miles... or 5 1/2 hours,  you'll need a break before the car needs gas... just remember to watch the gauges and listen to the motor..

  2. not to be rude but its your car and you dont even know how many miles to the tank you get??? Well go to www.cars.com www.kbb.com when you review the car you will see where it says specifications, here you will find the miles per gallon, then you want to see how many gallons your tank hold, then just do the math. But remember this is only if you  have clean oil, good air pressure and a clean air filter, and that the car is in good running conditions that this info will be accurate. Hope this helps, good luck on the road trip

  3. Most cars are set up to go about three hundred miles to a tank of gas... three hours at 70mph is 210miles....

don't stretch your fuel stops too far apart however... you might find yourself low on fuel and no place to buy gas....

I usually drive until my guage shows a quarter of a tank, and start watching for a place to refuel...
