  2. well I'm 5'8  i'm 14 and I'm on the high school basketball team and you should run at least 3 miles a day to keep you fit cause all the coach will be looking for is stamina and shooting ability cause no one care about speed these days

  4. I have a running plan that works really well for basketball. At my high school i can bet anyone that we run more than any team in the state. You should start off by running two miles in under fourteen minutes. If you don't make it then start over. You want to push your self. After the two miles, go to the nearest gym, or just mark of the length of a basketball court. On the court run 10 in 60, which is going down and back five times under sixty seconds. This is very hard. Run about three of these everyday and you should be fine. But after a couple weeks of training up the long distance running to three miles and do that in under 23 minutes.  

  5. running miles doesnt do much in bball. yea u can run for a long time but if u suck at bball u wont play at all. so work on bball not running that much. play 4 hrs everyday u gonna get alot of running in and at the same time u will be good at bball

  6. About 1 mile a day. Don't work too hard. You need more time to spend on shooting and improving your basketball skills.
