I weigh 110, I'm 5"3, & I'm 15 years old. I'm going to start running on my mom's treadmill, how many miles should I run per day to lose weight?

  1. about 3 miles will lose a pound if you dont drink any water while you are running


  2. welll... 1st start small like maybe 2 miles. then build your way up. like maybe in 2 weeks or so you'll be doing 5 miles a day.

    remember to eat healthy too :-D

  3. If you are just beginning,then i would say about a really slow 3 miles..but if you have been running then about a normal paced 5-6mile..thats what we do in track for long distance workouts

  4. I'm not sure the exact answer to that, but make sure you get all the information you need from a doctor or a licensed trainer.  Also make sure you have the right shoes.  Check out  http://www.therunningadvisor.com/running...  for some great resources.

  5. Sorry, but with those numbers, I doubt you need to lose weight.  

    Maybe lift weights to tone?
