How many miles should i be running for cross country

I'm a sophomore and this is my first year of cross country, how many miles should i be running a week?

  1. hey me too, cept it's my 3rd year.. but you should probably be running anywhere from 3-5 miles a day 5 days a week.. try and mix it up do some shorter faster run and vice versa long slow runs.. good luck to ya


  2. Run 5 times per week of varying distances and paces.

    20-30 miles per week.

  3. 15 is good

  4. 5 every day 25 miles per WEEK
