Just as the question states, I can't seem to find straight answers or info online search, so I'm wondering is there a target or doe it depend on the individual?

  1. depends on age but if you can run atleast a mile a day you are considered healthy. More is better

  2. it definitely depends on the individual, if you are young and in shape though, i wud say about 2 miles non stop

  3. it all depends on your body weight age etc. some can run 100 miles some cant even walk one.

  4. it depends HOW healthy you mean.

it depends on how much the person weighs and if they are already in shape or not

you arent finding any answers because there is no exact answer anyone can give you unless they know you.

the best way to get the right answer for this is to talk to a personal trainer and they will easily answer your question

  5. about maybe 7 miles a week...move up to 10. eventually you get runner's high and will enjoy it.
