How many miles to the gallon do mini coopers get?

If your looking at a new one, 37 on the highway, 28 in the city, 32 combined.  They say it will give you 488 miles with a full tank, but thats probably over-full to bone dry.  It has a 13.2 gallon tank.

Well according to Consumer reports the average mileage is about 30 Mpg, (26-34) but that really depends on the engine itself.  Generally you get better gas mileage with lower HP engines. Especially manual transmission.

There are 6 types of engines that I found the 1.6L 4(115HP) the 1.6L 4(118HP) the 1.6L 4(168HP super charged) the 1.6L 4(172 HP turbo) and 1.6L(207 HP supercharged)

It's a great little car, and quite a bit overpriced for its size, and there is a waiting list for this car if you want to buy one.
