I get about 20 mpg in my '08 Wrangler.  I also have an '07 4-door that gets the same.

I have a 2008 2 door wrangler and I get 18 mpg with the 3.8l V-6.

A 4 cyl. does pretty good. I think mine got around 18-20 MPG. Not sure what the 6 cyl. gets.

I do some city and some hwy driving and it averages out to about 14-15 mpg.  That is with a tubular front bumper and nerf bars.
