none lol, its only opium in the poppy.... you extract morphine from the opium.

above post is not true.  Poppies do contain morphine, condeine, thebaine, papaverine, and about 20 other different alkaloids.  Now, you have to make sure you have the papaver somniferum poppy at hand.  Alkaloid content varies highly pod to pod, but a normal, unadulterated opium of any type, in the air-dry condition, usually has between 8 and 19 per cent of morphine.

Additional Details:  Opium is the latex from the pod that is collected that contains all the alkaloids in question.
