How many milligrams of IBUPROFEN does it take to OD?

I only take 800 mg when I have a headache but my friend takes 3000 mg..lol

Ibuprofen exhibits something of a plateau effect. Anything over 10 mg/kg body weight does not generally offer any extra benefit for the extra dosage, so you can consider the excess to be an overdose. Toxicity does not automatically appear at some magic number, but the more you take, the more likely it is to cause problems. Your friend is one of those who think more is always better. One of these days he may get an education. A normal dose is two tablets.   That is 400 mg.    800 is for unusual situations, not a normal headache,  large muscle or neck pain for instance.    3000 mg is way too much, and can cause some liver or kidney damage.
