If you look on the the lids, it has the imperial oz measure. Small 10 oz 275 ml, Med 12 oz 300 ml, large 14 oz 400 ml and the Ex Large 16 oz or 500ml, how about the thermal Bubba mug that have the equivelent to 8 cups of coffee.

A small is 8 oz (236ml) , Medium 10 oz (295ml), large 14 oz (414ml) and an extra large is 20 oz (591ml).
