How many minimum judges are there in the constitution bench?

I'm not sure what it is you are trying to ask here; what's a minimum judge?  What is a constitution bench?   I'm answering from the USA, so if you're asking from a different country, I will have no idea.

If you are asking about the US supreme court, which is the ultimate decider of Constitutional issues; then there are nine justices, each and every time.

In the US Supreme Court there are currently 9 judges.  It has not always been this way and it can change.  The President can change the number of judges and with the approval of congress, the change becomes law.
