It depends on injury time and how many goals are scored during that quarter. Usually a quarter is 25 min, plus time on.

It depends on how many time stoppages there are during the 5 minute time on period ie. If there is a total of one minute and 30 seconds in stoppages during this time then the 5 minute warning would last for 6 minutes and 30 seconds
