How many minutes should i run a day to lose 40 pounds in 4 months?

i really need to drop this 40 pounds i have gained from my injury and being lazy! how long should i run and how many days a week should i do it for?

  1. try to run a mile monday through friday and work out to help burn more fat u should do 12 to 16 reps and try to cut back on junk and stop drinking soda.... start eating more fruits and

  3. I did an excpierement a week ago . I have this new step machine, and i wanted to know how many calories you can lose in 10 minutes . You lose [ from my calculations ] 30 calories in 10 minutes . Just do the math !
