How many ml of contact lenses solution....?

..do you use in a month? well, i was just wondering if i use mine in the right way.......i have been using contact lenses for 9 days and i think my solution is now only in its three out of four....but my doctor said that this 55o ml solution will be good for three months..

how about you? how amny ml of sol. do you use? is mine alright?

I don't think there really is a set amount of solution to use.  Everyday when you get up to put your contacts in dump out the solution in the case from the night before.  Rinse the case out and let it dry.  When you take out your contacts for the night make sure you rinse them with solution and give them a gentle rub before placing them in the case.  Add solution to the case but not enough to fill the entire thing as your contact can float to the top and get stuck in the top of the case or worse shut in the lid.  I think that it really varies from person to person how much solution is used.
