You may have as many mobile telephones, each with it's own individual telephone number, as you are willing to pay for.  Some mobile telephone companies will limit the number of phone numbers they allow per account which is dependent on that company's policies.  You could, theoretically have an unlimited number of phone numbers simply by having multiple accounts with multiple mobile telephone services.
