  1. i would say that a 10 gallon tank is far too small for mollies. these are some of the larger available livebearers, especially if you consider breeding.

endlers livebearers are suitable for a 10 gallon breeding group, or a non-breeding group of male guppies would fit.

  2. you can fit 5-10 but if they breed I would get only 4(1 male and 3 females)

  3. 3 to allow them room to swim because they are a fast fish and they will reproduce liek crazy unless you get all males.

  4. Well, I don't know about a 10 gallon tank, but I used to have like 20 black mollies and 20 neon tetras in a 20 gallon tank, man those fish are like rabbits!! Both breeds, we started with a male and a female of each, and then next thing you know....

  5. u can get 6 males in there but if u want to have both sexes then go for 2 males 3 females but once they have babies u will have to get another tank if u wanted to keep them or get a floating hatchery in the same tank so put the mum in the top and when she has the babies the babies will fall through to the 2nd level of the hatchery also doing it this way u wont over populate yr tank good luck
