When will he retire?

When will he realize that personal records are not important but team result is and that he has to perform when it really matters, he has to bat well in the second innings, he must atleast save the test match, he must make the runs consistently in finals of a crucial one day cup? This is not a huge expectation from a player who has 19 years experience in international cricket, so many 100's and many many 50's
