How many notes are in Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue for solo piano?

Just out of curiosity - how many individual notes get played by a pianist playing the solo version?

Make sure you add your sources so I know these aren't just made up numbers :-)

This will work - if you can find a site where someone has uploaded Finale, Sibelius, or other digital version.  They have note-count features, just like a word processor has a word-count.

I've played the solo version of Rhapsody in Blue and I will tell you there are way too many notes to count!  I would estimate 1,000-3,000.
