How many noticed the Carter voice Dub?

How many of you noticed the voice dub over when Carter was talking about BHO being a christian? He was speaking about BHO and his faith and they dub in the word "christian". Obviously to make the point.

Carter spoke about the economy under BHO as well. Does anyone remember his economy? 19% inflation....

Carter's economy was GREAT if you had money in T-Bills, they paid 15% and are not subject to state taxes.  There are many rich people who look back on the Carter years as being wonderful.
