i hv a profound desire playing this classical instrument.How many of u guys like yr gal playing veena?My fren(guy) says that its a boring thing to do.

You learn it if YOU like it no need to do it for anyone else and because of that no need to quit it because others think its old. Any musical instrument whether its new or old needs skill and creativity to play. Your friends are immature young guys and girls who are western music freaks i guess.
