It is indeed his REAL face and his REAL name is Rowan Atkinson.It is really funny and the fact that it is simple humor without any plot is great.

i watch mr bean n like it verrry much . its hilarious . no rowan atkinson's(mr bean's) face is not a mask . he died in an accident a few years ago . how much a person ever joked and even if a joke was d**n hilarious , u couldnt get a chuckle out of rowan . serious man . made us all laugh without laughing himself
