  1. I am not anti choice. What I take concern at is contributors like 'Yo Gabba' who think that taking control over your own body is 'murder', yet think nothing of the killing of hundreds of people in Iraq and Afghanistan every day.

If she is happy to be a mother, fine.  But remember the phrase - one size does NOT fit all.  Not all women want to become mothers.

  2. i am against abortion 100% i do not have any children but i am only 12 almost 13. when i am older i would love to adopt. i would also like to have children of my own. abortion is plain cruel if u r responsible enough to have s*x then u r responsible enough to have a baby. tht simple. think of all the possible geniuos or presidents we r getting rid of by abortion and birth control.

i especially hate it when people get abortions 4 reasons such as they dont wan tto be fat 4 nine months.

i could go on and on but i will stop here

  3. I am married, have 3 children which I have kept and raised.  I have 7 grandchildren which I am helping to raise.  I am against abortion and against s*x outside of marriage which would eliminate and solve the abortion mindset.

God says that He intends for 1 man and 1 woman to marry and have children that they love and take care of.  His ways are tried and true.

There will be orphans and we are told to take care of them.  We are involved along with other church members in doing that.

  4. Me!!

  5. LOL, great point.

  6. I have. I've adopted 5 children, 3 of which I fostered prior to their adoption. I see where you are going with this. And I agree with choice and understand the need to keep abortion legal, but I do think it should at least be discouraged as much as possible. So many people who get abortions are often misinformed. they should at least know how probable and possible it is to raise a child under whatever their given circumstance is.

    *~AMBER~*

  7. I am against abortion being used as birth control and would LOVE to be a foster parent in the future when I have a bigger house. Also would love to adopt a special needs baby, they need love too.

  8. I am against abortion. Always have been, even when I was younger. It isn't a political statement, or a women's issue. It just always has seemed wrong to me.  I am adopted, but didn't know till I was a teenager.

I have a friend who has had two abortions and is now a foster mother.

  9. I am not for or against abortion, I think if being pregnant is going to cause health issues than it's in the best interest to terminate the pregnancy, as well rape. Abortion shouldn't be used as a form of birth control.

I have not adopted a child, I'm only 21 and definitely not ready for motherhood. I want to become a foster parent however my long term boyfriend doesn't so he ruined those plans.

I'm in college for early childhood education and after this I'm taking child and youth worker. I am all about helping and teaching children.

If I do ever plan to have children I will likely have 1 biologically and adopt 2. I want to experience pregnancy but I'm terrified of it, so only once!

  10. well im 23 and married and i have taken in two children they we're family members. i am against abortion. ihtink you should take responsibility for the child you created and if you dont or cant then give them up. there are plenty of people who cant have kids who would love to have them. and if oyu keep your child and you know you cant handle them give them up so you dont damage them. i had my neice for 4 months and my nephew for 3 weeks. their parents had problems with neglect. it was so hard to care for them. anyways, think about your options and do whats best for the child wiwthout aborting them.

  11. I am pro-choice, but am also a strong advocate for self-responsibility!   Getting pregnant at 16 and deciding to keep the baby?   Might as well have a ball and chain on you for the next 20 years - no matter how much you claim to love to your child - no 16 year old girl has the maturity or direction to properly take care of a baby without a solid support system.  What about schooling, further education, holding down a job?

I love these pro-life types, they scream about the sanctity of life - but on the flip side, also screech for the death penalty.

Danielle - I couldn't stand the way they were ganging up on you like that.  Had to get my two cents in.

  12. You know what, this is not a debate forum.

And for the record, I am against abortion, it's sick and inhumane.

Let me kill you by jabbing some scissors into your brain stem, then suck out your brain.

Or let me throw some acid on you and let your burn to death.

Or better yet, let me just rip you apart starting with your legs, until you're dead.

    How's that.

Don't be ignorant, look up the facts.

ALSO, for the record, I am 19 so I'm in no position to adopt.  AND another for the record, I got pregnant at 16, and you know what, I took my responsibility and now I have a 2 year old daughter.  Don't be selfish, take responsibility for your actions.  If you play with fire, you get burned.  End of story.

To bring me sunshine:  If you don't want to be a mother, use protection.  And if it fails, well you should have known the consequences of of having s*x, before you started.  That's what happens.  Be mature.  And yea that is your body, but now, it's not JUST your body.  Its your baby's too.  YOUR baby.  Would you kill your baby?  Because I, as well as many others believe it's wrong.

Also.  If you really do not want to ever be a mother, then why are you keeping your ovaries, you don't need 'em!  GET THEM TIED!  Stop wasting lives.

  13. I foster newborn puppies for our neighborhood animal shelter; does that count?

  14. I plan on adopting two children in the near future. I am pro-life and proud of it. I also believe in abstinence and don't think that a child should have to pay for a woman's mistake. I believe that a woman has certain reproductive rights such as the pill, condoms, nuva ring, the patch, but once her decision effects another person, it is entirely wrong.

  15. Me and my husband have just started the adoption process and cant wait for our next child!

  16. I only believe in fostering and adopting animals, which I have.  I dislike human children very much, but I am also not against abortion---totally. That's just one less brat I have to worry about though.  I am for spay and neutering of pets and I think humans should do the same.... The Cat

The cat wants to lighten up his answer.  It sounds terrible and people are giving him thumbs down!   He is sad.
