Yes, i agree his a excellent captain & coach that knows how to lead a team of youngsters. However, my focus is on Mumbai Indians defeating RR with great batting, bowling, & fielding.The Mumbai Indians under Captain Tendulkar shall lead Mumbai Indians for an victory at Jaipur, India on the 26th.

Sanath, Sachin, Uthappa must smack Tanvir for 4 runs & 6runs only to lead MIS with an high margin of runs for the oppostion batting team to chase.

Shane has done well as a player and captain,but it's the entire team that has done well....In order to win games,you need the whole team to come up with a good performance

but other players have full confidence in him as well as themselves.........they work in unity...........

at the beginning of the tournament, the Royals were considered to be the underdogs.. but they have proved the people wrong............

No doubt he has done a very good job of it. Also on the field, he is so very active. Someone who does not watch cricket was amused that for every ball he bowled, he'd change the fielders to support him.

He has made it a cohesive group.

Shane is the king & he has proved it many a times. But apart from his captaincy, Some suberb bowling from Sohail tanveer and tremendous batting display from yusuf & smith has helped RR to reach to the top.
