How many of you are happy now that Germany and France blocked NATO membership for Georgia?

According to Wikipedia, Germany and France blocked it when the USA wanted it in.

How many of you are aware that the USA promised Gorbachev that if the Soviet Union withdrew from Eastern Europe that it would not seek to build NATO allies on Russia's borders?

What Bush and Clinton have in common is that they both did just that.
