  1. he  resigned today, so I dont believe he has been dead.


  2. The news stated that he has been seen briefly in the past year and he was on televised camera last night when he resigned. I do believe he is gravely/terminally  ill as that is the only way he would relinquish complete power turnover to his brother.

  3. The news report I read said there have been pics and videos of him, not that he has actually been seen, so yeah, I was wondering the same thing...
