what are health benefits of cycling?

1. Yes yes you should definately do it!!

2. I did it I was 10 km away from university and it only took half an hour to ride

3. Its a nice peaceful way to travel, you dont get stressed sitting in traffic

4. Its cheap you dont have to pay for parking, or fuel. I didnt fill up my car in 2 months!

5. You get to exercise everyday

6. Its fun, really fun especially when you go fast down hills!

7. Its not as hard as it seems and you will get better the more you do it

8. You get to be out in the sun and get tan

9. You are helping the environment

10. Its the best workout for your legs

Just do it

I loved getting to ride everyday but now I graduated and I miss travelling that way
