How many of you girls dont shop at A&F or Hollister?

Personally I find about 3/4 of the girls in my school dont shop anywhere but A&F and Hollister.. Personally I hate the brand to wear (I'm a guy). I find it pretty cute on girls, but I've seen it so much its really boring latley.. Most highschool girls dont have their own sense of style..

I like Nordstrom or Forever 21, honestly. I love clothes, but I don't go solely by brand. I love dresses too. :)

I've only bought one pair of jeans from A&F in my entire life and I'll never be shopping there again. I spent $80 on a pair of jeans because my friend gave me her old pair of A&F jeans and those were great, but the once I bought started falling apart after 6 months. So I'm never shopping there again. The clothes are boring, plain, and overpriced. And most girls seem to be wearing A&F and Hollister, all the girls in my school who shop there have the same exact style. Not very original...

1) cuz its dark

2) cuz its expensive

3) my mom doesn't like malls. lol.

i wear hollister and abercrombie, because its what everybody is wearing. some girls do wear other brands too, like wet seal, i go there.

I love Hollister and Abercrombie for sweater and hoodies.  They also have cute tees/knits, but some things are ridiculously priced.  I will not spend $80 on jeans with holes in them or $25 on a tank top.

Yeah, it seems like everyone is wearing clothes from there. Most just wear it because it's trendy. Personally, I like to shop elsewhere...

I like to say that I have my own sense of style.

The ONLY thing I own from Hollister are cut-off jeans shorts and what I own from A&F is a plain white 3/4 length sleeve shirt.

I hate it when people are fully decked out in either store's apparel with the brand name painted on the front.

It's boring, and never cute.

Plus, both are way too expensive,

the stores are too dark to see what you're actually buying which is probably fugly anyway,

they play bad music in there (hello pop-techno),

and they smell. Really badly.

Styles shouldn't conform to society, you should conform to your style.

i don't wear hollister or A&F cause it's too boring for my style. Just a jacket tht says hollister is like 30 dollars. I shop everywhere but, hollister.

thats how it is at my school too. i find it sooooo boring. its either that or those head to toe juicy couture matching sweat suit thingys. its such a excuse to be lazy. i shop at urban outfitters and forever 21 and h&m

I dont wear A&F and Hollister anymore..i just stopped for eighth grade..i do think the clothes are all the same colors..way too revealing for my schools dress codes :[

that's how it is at my school too, but we have uniforms [im in 8th grade]. i think it's unoriginal and stupid. i mean unless you wanna pay $40 for a shirt, why would you shop there!? their clothes are cheaply made and aren't sturdy. aeropostale is better, and it's not so expensive.

I'm a guy, and I hate those stores.  And I agree w/ you 100% there.  3/4 of both guys and girls shop there.  I once bought a shirt from American Eagle, and the very next day at school I saw 4 other ppl wearing the exact same shirt.  Idk y everyone wants to look exactly the same, but w/e.  So yea, they do have clothes that girls look good in, but it's way too common.

I used to shop there, but I realized that it isn't cute or stylish at all. My favorite store is Forever 21 because they have really cute, good clothes at a low price.

I think i have 2 shirts from hollister, and they don't even say HCO on them. I definitely hate wearing brands and looking just like the next girl.

I don't. I wouldn't want to walk into school and see 50 other girls wearing the same shirt as me. They're over rated and over priced.. I see no point in shopping there when I can find cuter, more original, and cheaper clothes elsewhere. I don't really care where it's from as long as it's cute.  :I
