Did it really go away at 3 months? And was it 3 months of age or was it 12 weeks of age? She will be 10 weeks on Tuesday but she will not officially be 3 months until Sept. 17.

  1. 99% of the time, it DOES go away before or at 3 months old -- and '3 months' is just a general time-frame and is usually interchanged with 12 weeks.

So.. you can pretty much assume it'll be over between Tuesday and Sept. 17.

It isn't much help, I know -- but keep in mind that every baby is different and YOUR baby will outgrow it when she is ready to, be it on Tuesday or next Friday.. no one knows! No one can tell you an exact date.. only guesses.

Colic is really frustrating, but in a few months you'll forget all about these times in your life. It'll all fade into a distant, long-ago memory.. =)

  2. My little one still has colic and she is 4 months old. She also has reflux. She cries a LOT. I wish it did go at 12 weeks. It may week go at 12 weeks. Theres no way to tell. But one things for sure, it can't last forever. Hang on in there.

  3. I don't have kids, but i know i had colic.

I think mine went away before 3mnths.

  4. my son suffers from colic and reflux and he is 6 months and still suffers from it i personally do hope he grows out of it soon

  5. mine is 18 weeks and he gets it every now and then but im still feeding so i know their is certain things that will bring it on.
