How many of you have Hughes net and do you like it?

I had it, I dumped it when something else became available. They use a Fair Access Policy to limit your ability to download from the internet. The volume is set so low, you can not even install Windows XP and then go to Microsoft to upgrade your OS. It took me a week to fully upgrade a PC with service packs and security updates. Hughes stinks for what you pay.

But it is better than dialup is all you need is e-mail.

PS when we dumped it, it cost us over $300.00 but it was still worth it to get rid of it.
