Ive dates a philippino/chinese, a russian and my fiance is Palestinian. I foundit harder with the first one because his parents werent really happy to see their son dating a white girl, the russian one turned out to be an a*****e, not cuz hes russian.. jsut cuz he was an *** :P and my fiance is amaziiing :)

I dated a foreign exchange student in high school.  He was from Germany (I'm USA).  It was nothing serious, but he was an awfully nice guy.  No regrets!
