I have it, most of the time its quick fast, but at peak times it does get a bit slower!

I had it a while back and cancelled my contract with them. The service ran great until they unbundled my area and then I had trouble with everything uncluding the phone.

I wouldn't recommend it and would advise you to google or yahoo 'problems with talktalk' and read what other users or ex-users say.

i have talk talk the broadband is fast but not sure off the speed, thats when its working as the service they supply is RUBBISH!

Have you ever tried to speak to there customer service omg they are useless

For me, most satisfactory.Their techies I think read off an auto cue in Indian, but you get there in the end. If I had to mark their product & service i would give them 8/10

I do - it's quite fast. I don't seem to have many problems.
