How many of you like psychology and think you can offer good dream interpretations?

On the other hand, do you believe dream interpretation is a psychic gift?

i couldnt say..i have problems with my own dreams and nightmares to tell others what his/her dream means..i feel i could send them the  wrong message and do some mental or moral harm

I love psychology, as a scientific study. Dream interpretation is niether a psychic gift, nor something psychologists should be particularly concerned about. Because the schemas that activate in our dreams are unique to us, dreams of the individual are too open to misinterpretation and interpreter bias. Dreams of a large sample can tell us more about why we have them and what they contain (common fears from day to day life, etc).
