Funny that most of these responders liked GWB as a man!

As Governor he had the record for the death penalty in the worst state in the Union for law enforcement accountability.

He was widely touted as spending 15 minutes MAX to decide whether someone would live or die...even when the evidence was thin. After he left, many of those that would have died with his sort of governance were set free on the DNA testing that he did not allow.

Doesn't seem like the kind of guy I would like to let my kids around or sit next to in church. Sounds like the kind of guy that you would have wanted tarred and feathered.

Sorry, I am a little old fashioned when it comes to morality.

I like him and most of his policies.  However, I would not vote for him again.  Yes, he has a great since of humor, but sometimes I wonder if he knows he just said something funny.   I do not like any of the candidates the are up for the job.  Obama  is full of insincere rhetoric.(  commonly known as B.S.)

McCain doesn't seem to have much say, which is, in my opinion a fine attribute.  And seems to be the lesser evil at the moment.
