How many of you take a walk everyday as a part of your pregnancy exercise?

I started walking this week. My walk is a two mile walk. Should I be doing this everyday or every other day?

  3. As long as there are no complications enjoy your walks.

  4. If you can do it and dont have a high risk pregnancy, it is perfectly fine and healthy in pregnancy and not in pregnancy. Me on the other hand I threw up from week 1 to week 40 of my pregnancy I was lucky if i even got out of the bathroom or the house let alone for a walk! Some women have great pregnancy's and some (like me) have horrible ones!  

  5. It just depends on how much time you have. If you can walk everyday, then that's great! 2 miles a day is healthy.  

  6. It's definitely a good thing as long as you are feeling good and not getting any cramping.  It will help you to keep up your stamina which you are going to need once your little one gets here.

  7. My sister is pregnant in 32nd week now. I ask her to walk 1-2 miles every day (at the park or mall, wherever she likes, she is 14 and I'm a guardian now). She doesn't seem to feel tired or something. I told her to walk until she feels a bit tired and then she should stop, because she shouldn't get tired at this point of pregnancy. I think it's a good amount and it helps breathing. Also you don't get used to only sitting at home and doing nothing.
