How many of you think Internet Radio is the cooles invention for music lovers?

I absolutely enjoy listening to internet radio from around the world. I love the French Radio, the free AOL XM Radio and so many other stations. I am now looking to get a wireless speaker so I can have world radio in my house without the fee! The quality is so much better than a regular radio and with my soundcard it sounds soo good as if I am listening to the station in Paris. Anyone here love internet radio as much as I do?

I don't like internet radio and i can live without it. I would rather have a XM Radio and pay for my services. Anyone who loves music should choose satellite radio as it will be the radio of the future.

Government is thinking about getting rid of internet radio, which is too bad to hear for people who like internet radio.

internet radio does have skill, i will admit that.

i usually just listen to my local station on the internet, but i like listening to the news from other countries on the radio, so internet radio is my first choice.

I listen web radio everyday! I used to listen UK radio stations a lot, but most of them now are only available to UK listeners. My new discovery is this one:

This website can search and locate a channel by genre, city or country. Best of all, all the radio listen live.

internet radio is awesome....hopefully the government doesn't s***w it up like they have been trying to. On another note, you need to get yourself some points, as your stats are looking rather sad

I hardly ever listen to Internet Radio.  It is a great thing to have but definetely not the coolest invention for music lovers.  The coolest was definetely the mp3 player

Yes!  I love AOL XM Radio (I'm listening right now) & Pandora is the bomb!  Always something good to listen to while I'm working on the computer.

I love Live365.com because the variety of music is soooo vast, you can listen to anything you like from any decade, straight back to the turn of the century...the 20th century.

I think the coolest invention for music lovers would be amplification.  What would your music world be like w/o speakers?  Or portable media at all, what if you could only hear music while sitting in the same room w/ it?

I am new to this. What is internet radio? 90% of music I liaten to is vintage, as one answerer mentioned you can get any decade of music from internet radio.

I love it but they block all steaming meadia where I work and it SUCKS!!!!  I have a job where I just stare at a computer screen all night in a small hot room.  Becuase of the equipment I run, reg. radio does not come in too well.
