look a how kyle busch performed in recent years,he seemed like a below average driver, now all of a sudden he seems like a racing god or something.i don`t think he`s as good as he is seeming,i think it`s just toyota.toyotas had to be toned down in nationwide series that proves that it`s just toyota

  1. If he were the only driver in a Toyota, I might think that.  Stewart is in Toyota and he hasn't won once.

  2. its not toyota gibbs is just the hendrick of this year maggie a if you had been watching smoe races youd realize tony stewart has lost about 3 wins to bad luck and denny has lost at least 1 win due to bad luck as well.

  3. No.

And as far as him seeming like a below average driver, you must've been watching a different Kyle Busch than I was.

    Go do some research

  4. If you think KB is a below average driver, I'd hate to see what you have to say about drivers like Elliot Sadler or Michael Waltrip

  5. not the car  but the team  If it was the car Jr would have cheated and  put a toyota engine in his chevy cot

  6. toyota has 25 extra horsepower. I wouldn't say all of it is toyota, Mr. 18 is a wheel man. I think the biggest thing is Steve Addington. He seems to know what he's doing. But it still has me puzzled how he wasn't even that good with HMS but now he's with toyota and he is DOMINATING. Ah well, it shouldn't be too long before NASCAR slows down Toyota's horsepower in Cup too. Then we'll see who wins the manufacturer's championship. CHEVROLET!

  7. I think kyle busch is a talented drive because if you look back to last year I think he would have won about 4 or 5 races but Rick Hendrick held him back because Jeff Gordon or Jimmie Johnson were in position to win. The reason for his dominance this year is toyota. I think toyota has stronger engines than other manufactures the reason he is the only toyota driver winning is because everyone else that drives a toyota is not really a good driver for example all of MWR and The Red Bull Team. Tony Stewart well this year he hasn't been racing like he has in past years.

  8. No, it is more driver than car.................

  9. I don't think its the " TOYOTA " thing that has made him come this far, I think he has come out of his shell and is starting to prove himself as a seasoned Nascar driver, this past Sunday he proved himself up at at Watkin's Glen International Raceway during the Centurion Boat Sprint Cup race, My BF and I both were there, and even under pressure , racing along with famous seasoned drivers, he came in first place. There were several fender benders during the race, we were sitting in the stands in turn # 1,he   really did an outstanding job as far as driving, I must say..

It was an exciting race and we were glad to be able to attend, I am quite sure we will be hearing a lot more from Kyle Busch in the future in the Nascar Racing Circuit .

here check this out...to see how well he did at the race.

  10. Not a chance! Where are you getting below average? He won the first race in the COT last year. After toning them down he still won! If it was all Toyota wouldn't ALL the Toyota drivers be dominating... It will be OK... Maybe someday your driver will be that good!

  11. its a sign to all people who says HMS is the best and they have the best equipment when clearly kyle only got one win with HMS and chevy. but when you go to JGR the best team ever you get 8wins and 16 total on the year in all series and still counting. of course toyota is part of the wins cause he couldn't get any wins if he didn't have a car, and the car is toyota. but you gotta thank the cars back at the shop for making these fast engines. plus its just that kyle's the best!!! i know so cause i followed him from his cart racing and were both the same age and he lives like 30Min's from my house so we relate and chat when we can. GO KYLE WOO

  12. Gosh, that is so funny! Sure, give credit to the car, not the driver! And who, BTW, handles the car?  He's good, very good. And I think he will be the best NASCAR has seen in a long time from what I hear. Maybe even better than Dale, Sr. Haven't been a fan that long, but from what I hear, see and read, I think Mr. M&M is going far. Go Kyle!!!

  13. And who came in second last week at the Glen after "toning down" Toyota horsepower in Nationwide?

Also...and correct me if I am wrong, there hasn't been too many other "supercharged" Toyotas seen in Victory Lane.

Even former champ and talented driver Tony can't seem to get a win in his super duper horsepowered Toyota,.  (Though I hope he does soon))

So I guess it isn't the car...must be the driver!!  WHOO HOOO!!!!!

    Go TALENTED DRIVER Kyle!!

And "tom Cruise is my friend" I watch every week and I attend races and races that Tony hasn't lost to bad luck etc...he didn't win either.  Tony is my 2nd favorite driver so it isn't a put down.  I was just trying to show the guy above that it isn't horsepower or Tony and Denny and even Mikey Waltrip would be winning if it were the horsepower.

  14. Its the COT more than the engine.  The new car is built like a tank.

He always was very fast but would tear up a lot of cars.  A little ding in the old one and the areo was gone and so was your chances of running up front.  We have seen him (and a lot of other people) hit the wall pretty hard and it has no effect on the performance.  Kasey Kahne is another driver that was fast but had a habit of driving too hard and tearing up cars.

  15. Not me. It takes more than a car manufacture, more than a top notch crew chief, more than a top notch pit crew, more than a top notch driver. It takes ALL those things in sync at the right place and at the right time. This is the right time and the right venues for the #18 TEAM. Last year we were questioning why HMS was winning everything. This year they are snake bit. Next year it will be someone else. Celebrate the accomplishments of the #18 and the Gibbs organization. A year like this is sometimes a once in a lifetime thing. Let them enjoy it.

  16. Kyle is a special talent when it comes to driving a stock car but the benefit of more horsepower is an obvious advantage that has contributed to his dominance this year.  He still has to drive the car, and he could have overdriven it very easily at the road courses but did a great job of holding everybody off, especially Smoke.  However, when you flat out pull away from everyone on restarts it makes closing the deal much easier.  When he has the lead on restarts, or is even in the top few cars, notice how he launches on the green flag (unless he's holding back a little).  He blew by Jimmie at Chicagoland and nobody could touch him at either road course when they had the late race restarts.  There have been other times it was apparent that he had a little bit more than the competition but those incidents come to mind off the top of my head.

    3 STR8 N 08!!!

  17. nope it's jgr's car designs and engine designs tony and hamline arnt winning cause they are adapting to the change and hamline just sucks cant wait till tony gets back in the groove next year

  18. Like Joe Pesci in "Goodfellas".  "You reallly are a funny guy."

    lol

Go read your facts.  He was a chase contender 2 years in a row Einstein.  He won races in every make/model/series.   On top of it all he's been doing since he was 15 years old.

Does that sound like a below average driver?  The madness has to end.

Is there any intelligence out there?

He didn't tear up c**p Miller.  Get over that nonsense.  Go look at his stats again.  Facts.  He completed a higher percentage of laps last year then Jeff Gordon.   And by your logic he would be hitting the wall every weekend and winning.  When has he done that except for Darlington?
