How many of you think that the common Chinese man looks at American citizens as their friends and we do them?

How many of you think that the common Chinese man looks at American citizens as their friends and we do them?

I get the feeling they don't like us too much. Even the Chinese families in my neighborhood don't socialize with the rest of us.

Personally, I have no reason not to like them.

The Americans have always favored the Chinese over other Asians The Japanese are very aware of this

Asians as a whole are very shy people and many think it is stand offish

I lived in Asia as well Do not agree ,walk down any street everything  is American They watch you and copy sometimes but keep their distance

Actually I think the average Chinese person views America and American's more favorably than the average American views China or the Chinese.

At least that's the feeling I got when I was over there and I have been in China many times.

I am resident in China. The average Chinese person is barely aware that America exists. The city Chinese are aware of it and regard it as something to be exploited and/or defeated.

probably, but we perfer to socialize with other chinese over americans.
