Why would there be a terrorist attack at the Beijing Olympics. It's not the west is it? Should think there would be more of a terrorist threat at the 2012 Olympics in London. But I still think somethings gonna happen though at these Olympics 'cos of China's diabolical human rights.

if the terrorist have any pride at all, they will do it during the televised games so the whole world can see how great they are,  anything less than that is weak, and shouldn't even be reported

you have to accept the reality that an attack will come as an ambush, not a previewed by the people event...it will come swiftly and without warning, as it always does with a terrorist.  But living with a bubble of fear floating in your soul dedicated to the terror they wish to instill is paying homage to them, and appreciating their craft.  Dismantle that capability by processing the information as you see fit, realizing that while we are indeed a mass of pompous a******s, we Americans (not to belittle my own people, but I am a realist), we have reason o be so, and are a strong driving force in this ball of dirt.  So if you want to go to the games....by all means, pack your bags, and let no small mind in a country that uses monkey bars and mortar blasters as training camp modules for 10 yr olds.  Disregard the fear that threatens everyday life and live you own impervious to any outside alleged threat. There is no way a terrorist will get within a thousand miles of any of the stadia. China is not the free-world and I would imagine that any potential threat will be treated with a very strong hand. If Greece can avoid a terrorist attack then China will manage it very easily.

Nah, its in China, they're not exactly PC when it comes to dealing with any one likely to cause trouble. London 2012 will be a different story no doubt.

Doubt it. Nobody that is such a coward to attack innocent people would want to be caught by the Chinese. They treat criminals as such and beat the truth out of them. I wish they would do the same in the UK sometimes!
