Yes. However, also establish a Democratic system for military operations or declarations of war. Require a majority vote, all those who vote in favor of the war are the first to be shipped overseas to fight, and then those who do not vote are used next (if needed), and last those who vote against it.

That's where we should have went in the first place. However, the bad news now, we can't afford to go into another war, We owe China about 1 Trillion and Japan about 500 Billion. Moreover, one thing to look at is if we move out of the wars we're in now where are the people coming home going to work, our great government has thing so bad here that our economy is near bottom. 40,000 companies have left the US in the last 2 years and 500,000 jobs have been eliminated the first 6 months of the year alone.
