  1. God said it and I believe it.  Perfect example is a father who watches porno will raise a son who also watches porno.  A little leaven, leavens the whole loaf.   No such thing as a little sin.  A father who beats his wife will raise a son who beat his wife or a daughter who gets in her busband's face as says, "Hit me, just hit me."

There are many examples where we reap what we sow.

If we smoke cigarettes for 43 years, we will end up with COPD or very bad lungs.

  2. I believe in cause and effect.  Every action has a reaction.

  3. Yes, but I can't give you an ironclad example, it doesn't always come back the same way it went. My father used to tell me that for every dime you steal you will lose a dollar, It may not be a dollar stolen, it may be a job or raise you don't get, a judgment against you, but it will come back to cost you.

  4. this is the facts of life..I truly believe that we do reap what we sow..for example,-this lady only give one child everything, and the next two  worked and made lives for themself..the daughter who was spoilt is still at home, very educated,do not work, lives with her mom at the age of 47,has one child who is working, the mom is still looking after this girl in everything, the mom is now 78 years old,and the daughter yells, and abuse her mom...the next two daughters has normal lives, kids, husbands, house, cars.doing well and still cant tell the mom she was wrong..but now the mom complains....she is reaping what she sow with this child and not in a good way..yet everything this child say is still right, and the next two daughters is always in the wrong,or the mom is always telling them that the daughter at home says what is right and always will be..good luck..

  5. I believe you get what you put out there. In my case I love to give and I sure do get alot back! But I'm thick skinned...and I love it.

  6. Since our world is subject to many laws, from social laws to the laws of physics, we understand that we have to abide by these or there will be minor to severe consequences.  Our physical bodies will be always subjected to these laws but we are more concerned with our souls.  Good and bad things will always happen to us, but do we know why?

Accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior and being baptized in his name is the first step in freeing your soul from the laws of this world and gives us wisdom and freedom from the ever so debilitating question of  "why".

If we do not accept grace, then the law remains.

  7. i believe that we have to reap what we sow and also sometimes what others sow. Each individual is not living in vacuum independent of others. Actions of one may affect another.

  8. Absolutely. The details would horrify so I wont go there but I also believe in Generational curses. And God can heal us from all of these things.

  9. when i've lied, i've gotten hurt

when i cheated on a spouse, my own heart got broken

when i've been nice, others are nice to me

when i served, others have been there for me when i needed help

    it's not a belief, it's a fact.

    perfect example:

i worked hard in my classes in college, i reaped a degree

i ate and ate too much food, i reaped obesity

i was sweet to my children as i raised them, now i have good relationships with them

bad way?  i did not invest my whole self in a new job; i lost the job

    there's nothing mysterious about it

you don't have  to look very far

  10. i do....

its pretty evident......if you live long enough

  11. i think there is something to it, but it is not a sure thing.  sometimes you can do everything right, dot all the i's, cross all the t's, and you still get c**p.  likewise, i have seen a lott of people who drift through life, not doing anything right, and great things just fall on them.  i have to believe that you have better odds if you try.

how's that beatle's song go? "and in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make."

  12. That's what the Holy Bible says:

"Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." Galatians 6:7

  13. In long term, yes. Achieving something doesn't just happen. Things like diploma, parenthood, job, relationship, all carry the fruits of your investments.

  14. yes i believe in it

i married a man i didn't passionately love and now i'm forever stuck and tormented by him

what a bed of roses i'm lying in now

  15. I do believe in bad karma.

I hurt someone who loved me a long time ago and EVERY man since has hurt me.
