Um, there's no primary to vote in tomorrow. In any state.

There is also no requirement to vote in a primary election. In any state. Because you do not have to declare a party affiliation when you register to vote.

The different states (and sometimes cities) DO have different requirements about how far in advance of an election you have to be registered in order to be able to vote, but there is simply no requirement to vote in a primary. Anywhere.
