I don't have a problem with Gluten but I am always looking out for gluten free stuff for a friend. She's got something wrong with her cilia in her tummy. she always is eating stuff with Gluten in it but I don't want her to get sick. So where can I find this to let her know this is out there?

They already have one, if u mean like gluten free frozen meals? I forget the name, i wanna say www.glutenfreemeals.com? I heard some Celiacs talking about it online and they said it was WAY too expensive. Honestly not much of a market. Only 1 in 133 ppl have Celiac and 97% of them are diagnosed, and even if u throw in children with autism (who are noteably picky!) and those cutting out gluten for other reasons, its still a small demographic and then if u cut out the ppl who like to cook their own stuff, thats a smallllll amount of ppl. But I know what would definitely sell, is GF stuff in regular stores like if bakeries would make GF baked goods, etc. I mean I know ucan find GF stuff in the stores, but I mean conveience foods like GF meals in the deli dept of groceries and stuff.

Personally I would maybe try it but only for a short time (such as my upcoming birth of second child). Theres a lot of good GF food already so itd be hard!

i guess if i or my children were allergic to gluten and the food was really good i would. but, i am not allergic to gluten and have no desire to eat gluten-free food.

There's a bunch online already, but it is way too expensive. For that matter, the stuff in the stores is as well, which is why I just make all mine from scratch.

It's ridiculous, the cost of the ingredients isn't any higher, they just charge because they can.
