NO !!!

YUGO were terrible cars.  They broke down from day one.  You would have 10x better chance with old 100K mile Civic.

My 94 Civic (187K miles) runs like new and gets 41 MPG on the HWY.  YUGO never got that good (I thinketh).

When Yugos were selling in this country, the Toyota dealer in Pensacola, FL gave one away FREE with each Toyota purchased.  I have two of them.  I use them as bookends.

This car was poo-poo!!!!!

Horrible engine, horrible build quality, they were throwaway cars. AND, they did not get good gas mileage.
