Question:

How many other vegetarians are like me when it comes to meal planning?

I rarely think about what I eat. I eat whatever I want. When I know I need to get more of a vitamin or mineral I crave certain foods only then do I plan my meals out. I more or less listen to my body and go by that as how I should eat.

I'm wondering..... How many other vegetarians or vegans are like me and go by their body and how many actually plan everything out? How many of you fellow vegetarians go by the vegetarian version of the food pyramid guide and plan you meals to a tee?

  1. i don't think that's the proper question you should ask. when think of why, that is because you ask how many. if you have just ask is there someone the same as your problem exist better well then there's no reason to tell you that your query is not the right one. i hope you don't mind, but i guees you fail to ask me the right question. i am sorry.


  2. I usually don't plan... I just eat when i'm hungry, and usually I do try to balance out what I do eat though. My veggies, fruits, mock meats, soy/rice milks, and that kind of stuff! Never want too much of one thing!

  3. I don't really plan what I eat. I try to eat as much fresh food as possible, as well as nuts,dairy and pasta with the knowledge of what I will get out of it..

    eg.You get Iron out of dark green leafy vegetables.

  4. I don't follow the food pyramid, but I do have it in mind. I'm pretty relaxed about my diet, if I feel like some thing i'll eat it. Your body is usually a good judge of what you need, just keep in mind everything in moderation. I feel like I could do with less carbs and more greens especially in winter time.

  5. I dont plan anything. I know what I need to eat.
