I rarely think about what I eat. I eat whatever I want. When I know I need to get more of a vitamin or mineral I crave certain foods only then do I plan my meals out. I more or less listen to my body and go by that as how I should eat.I'm wondering..... How many other vegetarians or vegans are like me and go by their body and how many actually plan everything out? How many of you fellow vegetarians go by the vegetarian version of the food pyramid guide and plan you meals to a tee?
