How many others have found "Sleep Master" does not honour its warranty when their mattresses stuff up?

They have been polite but singularly unhelpful, and uninterested in dealing with several complaints. Each mattress was less than a year old yet unusable as the springs and the sides collapsed. Neither refund nor replacement happened in any of the cases. Anyone else?

I would contact Today Tonight or on of the other news programs.  That is a breach of contract.  Good luck with the fight and don't give up.
